Refunds
|
|
|
Refunds can be issued for any unused hours from the 5-hour, the 10-hour, or the 15-hour online one-on-one packages. All other payments to the GMAT Quant Coach are nonrefundable. If, for any reason, you would like to cancel any unused hours, you will be charged at the normal hourly rate of $85/hour for the hours used. The difference between the initial payment and the total charge will be refunded. The refund request must be made at least 48 hours in advance if a session has already been scheduled.

Session

Once a session has been scheduled, there will be no refunds/discounts for any missed sessions or any unused time portion of a session. The time of the session begins to count down from the scheduled start time regardless of lateness.

Reschedule
|
|
|
Reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Any reschedules that take place less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will be charged a fee of 100% the cost of the rescheduled session.
